So I've been noticing (stats verify) that you all have been enjoying my content including the livestreams that I've had with guests such as @Ecclectika and @QueenReign, yet you the audience haven't felt compelled to patronize either one of us. Of course Podbean is a platform for listeners, content creators and everyone else in-between. There isn't an obligation to do anything including me, the content creator. So for now I've decided to not only stop creating content but to remove my content on Podbean. Black Woman Vibes podcast will remain up until further notice. I've been doing this work in aiding Black Women to becoming their most authentic and best version of themselves through content creation. I can't begin to tell you how many heart to heart confessions Black Women laid on my hands. How many Black Women felt empowered after *FREE* advise and consultations. This work is not for the faint of heart. Eight years later I've received nothing but praises, however praises don't pay bills. Black Women have become accustom to paying for wants and demanding homie hookups for needs. I am not your mothers who chose phallus over being your parent. I am not the men who left you for dead after you bore their children. I am not the Hotep False Prophet who promised you a school yet gave you donation accounts/websites for you to give. I am not the sssister that you hate but can't seem to get away from. I am not your role model that will lead you into a burning tower. I AM NOT YOU. THEREFORE YOU CANNOT TRAUMA BOND WITH ME. You don't want improvement, you want to gag on toxic penises and join silly little 1930's housewife girlhood fantasies of being "chosen" by nonBlack Men.  As much as I hold Nakers accountable for their parasitic ways, it's time that I see Black Women in the same light because you birthed THEM. The first teachers, lovers and mothers. The same bad habits you see in Nakers come from your womb. This has been a bitter pill to swallow but I finally see that Nakers and most Black Women are one of the same. And as a divested Black Woman, I can say for certainty you are your SONS. Therefore I want no parts of him nor you. By Monday my content will no longer be available for consumption. If you want access, you'll need to find me and patronize me. Like you do for your weaves that's ripping out your edges. Like your son's never ending court hearings. Like your codependency on devouring Rat City men. Like your Sweet Jesus that never seems to pick up the mainline. You know where to gag on the phallus, now find out where to find the High Priestess.

Black Woman Vibes podcast is back with a new episode for season two which is “BWV|S2E19 Himpathy (Where Misogynoir, Sexism And Anti Black Womanhood Lives) Part 2”. In this podcast episode we are wrapping up Himpathy (Where Misogynoir, Sexism And Anti Black Womanhood Lives) Part 2. We have already dissected the pathology of Black Men and himpathy, selective empathy specifically and faithfully for Black Men regardless of said Black Man's character or morality in part 1. We've touched upon the dark triad that's in many Black Men and have become normalized through Hip Hop by men like Snoop Dogg, also in part 1. Listeners tuned into my take on Snoop Dogg threatening Gayle, but the overall alarming nature of Black Men causing or inciting physical harm to Black Women publicly and nonchalantly is patriarchal rage, more so a dysfunctional patriarchal rage. Now we are jumping into my tips for Black Women who live, work or frequent these high risk environments. The tips in this podcast episode are meant to help Black Women be proactive and hypervigilant when it comes to their safety, because as we know physical attacks on Black Women in these urban communities have increased since Snoop Dogg's viral threat of physical assault on Gayle King. What you want to hear, I deliver, so make sure you're an active member of the Black Woman Vibe's Tribe.

Black Woman Vibes podcast is back with a new episode for season two which is “BWV|S2E18 Himpathy (Where Misogynoir, Sexism And Anti Black Womanhood Lives) Part 1”. In this podcast episode we are discussing the dark triad that's in many Black Men and have become normalized through Hip Hop by men like Snoop Dogg. Yes listeners will hear my take on Snoop Dogg threatening Gayle, but the overall alarming nature of Black Men causing or inciting physical harm to Black Women publicly and nonchalantly is patriarchal rage, more so a dysfunctional patriarchal rage. Black Men have showed their hand in regards to how they feel about Black Women through Red Pill, BMSYS and the overall manosphere rabid subculture that is heavily invested in misogynoir and psychopathic fantasies of harming Black Women. Take heed to the warning calls because violence against Black Women, particularly in inner-city areas will increase before the end of 2020 (reference DaBaby pimp slapping a Black Woman fan and the New York teen that was gang beaten to the point of blacking out just to be robbed of her personal items). Tune in next week for Part 2 when I share my tips for Black Women in these high risk environments. What you want to hear, I deliver, so make sure you're an active member of the Black Woman Vibe's Tribe.

Battle of the Wines (White or Red)? See what Science says.

Unknown-2.jpeg

RED WINE

  • Red wine is high in resveratrol, and it may offer various health benefits.
  • Resveratrol may boost heart health, protect against some kinds of cancer, and prevent some types of vision loss.
  • Grapes and berries are a better source of resveratrol than red wine, so eating these is likely to be more healthful than drinking wine. However, if you are going to drink, red wine appears to be more healthful than some kinds of alcoholic beverage.

VS. 🥊

(BOTH RED & WHITE) Women should not drink more than one glass a day, and men, two glasses.

Unknown-3.jpeg

  • Aged white wine has more heart healthy benefits than gin.
  • White wine has beneficial chemicals other than the alcohol it contains.
  • White wine helps repair endothelial cells that are in your blood vessels, which is why white wine has heart protective benefits.
  • Drinking white wine can lower the risk of developing Alzheimer's due to its antioxidants.

What's your take? Are you a Red Wine type of girl, a White Wine type of girl or are you Rozé all day?!

On March 21th I’m hosting the first Paint & Sip with Sis! Paint & Sip with Sis is a self-care/mindfulness painting session for Black Women in Boston, MA. The use of paint as a medium for healing has been proven to have real results like reduction in stress, lower levels of anxiety, treatment for depression etc. Paint is part of the overall methods of Art Therapy. Art Therapy is connecting the mind, body and soul to explore the creative process of expressing repressed emotions, thoughts and/or memories to heal. Art Therapy has been often used as the alternative to traditional therapy.

*

Black Women are often excluded from traditional therapy due to lack of access to therapy (a session could easily start at $175 an HOUR!!), art therapy is used as an alternative. Unlike traditional therapy, Paint & Sip With Sis is less structured and more mindful. The 25 Black Women who attend Paint & Sip with Sis Workshop will have two hours to paint our healing journey whether confidence, femininity, goals, dreams etc with other supportive Black Women! We will fill the air with love and light. Our own safe space to be brave and reclaim our time for $85.

*

What’s a vibe without wine? I will provide red and white wine in the cutest wine glasses with appetizers because the glow up taste better with finger food! All painting materials will be provided by me, Vie 👋🏾 (canvases, paint brushes, paints

and palettes). You don’t need to bring anything (unless you want to) because I’ll take of EVERYTHING including the set up and clean up process. All you need to do is be receptive, ready and bold! At the end of Paint & Sip With Sis you get to keep your canvases as a reminder of your journey and how far you’ve came!

I hope to see you soon! Be Blessed. Be Enlightened. Be Loved.
